Country Inn Why do I consistently keep publishing about food. Yea, food is one of my favorite things.. And since coming to Hong Kong, my vegetarianism (which I held fast to for over 10 years) has decided to stay in Minneapolis. (A whole new topic to blog about).

But here is the Country Inn outside of Ma On Shan. It isn’t like any country in the USA (grin) and that is probably why I decided to snap a phone pict of their logo. But Jen and I had a great grapefruit, seafood, chili salad here. Sitting outside enjoying almost perfect weather.

Why am I blogging this. I have no idea. Maybe I feel guilty for not having anything to blog about lately.  ¶ 7:57 PM
