The Nespresso C250
I have been in Hong Kong now for a little over two months. The thing is, out in the New Territories it is hard to get a decent cuppa joe. Great green, white, red, and black tea. But if you are looking for a good cuppa joe or 'gasp' an expresso you gotta look. (or go down to central or TST).
I have learned that there is a very real phenomenon called ‘culture shock’ with defined stages such as anger, depression, and infatuation with a culture etc. What I have found is having access to good coffee helps one deal with culture shock...
So how can I get a good cuppa joe in the office, without a lot of work, without a lot of mess? Well I found it! After much research on the internet I bought a Nespresso C250. Not cheap but oh so worth it. It makes a decent cuppa expresso with crema and can froth milk for latte’s etc.
It uses these little coffee pods that you can toss away. And at the office it requires very little cleaning or matenance. WOOO HOOO! ¶ 7:52 AM
