  Hong Kong Gaming.. When it is 1 am in Minneapolis, and you are playing a network game, it is probably these kids in Hong Kong who are kicking your A** and wiping the floor with you. (it is only $12 Hong Kong Dollars .. that is $1.50 USD.. an hour to play network games on pretty well decked out gaming machines. )
